From Army Service To Restoration Service
Mike Henderson founded Water Damage Repair USA after 20 years in the restoration industry. As a US Army veteran and IICRC-certified Master Restorer, Mike built this company on one principle: when disaster strikes a family's home, every minute matters.
After leaving active duty in 2003, Mike took a job as a junior restoration tech in Houston during a brutal hurricane season. Within five years he was running crews. Within ten he was teaching IICRC certification courses. The pattern he kept seeing — homeowners overwhelmed, insurance carriers underpaying, contractors cutting corners — convinced him to build something different.
Today, Mike leads a nationwide network of certified restoration crews serving homeowners in all 50 states — with the same commitment to speed, transparency, and quality that's defined his entire career. His personal phone is on the Door Hanger that goes up at every job site we run.
